Subscription Cancellation Request

Thank you for choosing Orchard House Collective LLC. We sincerely appreciate the opportunity to have served your organization and the trust you placed in our technology. As organizations evolve, we understand that priorities and needs can change, and we're grateful to have been part of your journey.

Submitting this form serves as a formal request to cancel your subscription. Cancellation requests are reviewed in the order they are received and are not considered complete until written confirmation has been provided by Orchard House Collective LLC. Your subscription and billing will remain active until your request has been processed in accordance with your subscription agreement.

For month-to-month subscriptions, cancellation requests must be submitted at least seven (7) days prior to your next billing date. Billing occurs monthly on the anniversary of your original purchase date. While every effort is made to process requests promptly, Orchard House Collective LLC cannot guarantee that a scheduled renewal payment will not be processed. If a renewal payment is processed before

your request is completed, your subscription will remain

active through the paid billing period.

Organizations enrolled in a 12-month subscription agreement acknowledge that early termination requires payment equal to thirty-five percent (35%) of the remaining subscription balance. Annual subscriptions purchased at discounted prepaid pricing are non-refundable and are not eligible for prorated refunds or credits for unused months.

All subscription payments are final. Upon activation, your organization receives immediate access to Orchard House Collective LLC's proprietary software, licensed technology, onboarding services, educational resources, and intellectual property. Because these services are delivered at the beginning of your subscription, refunds or

credits cannot be provided after purchase.
